Our office is located in Kingston, Ontario Canada, which is why we are able to provide free drop off and pick up in this city. If you are looking to save on shipping, stay tuned for events on the home and social pages to see where we will be doing pop up events in the near future.

Shipping is charged on a flat rate fee and all fees are charged in $CAD. 

• Ontario: $7.00 for any orders under $75.00 CAD before taxes. 

• Canada Wide: $15.00 for any orders under $100.00 CAD before taxes. 

• International: $20.00 for any orders under $100.00 CAD before taxes. 

• Kingston: Free drop off in town when you select Local Kingston Shipping at checkout. As Kingston is our home city, this is something we are happy to offer to our local customers. If the business moves home bases, we will strive to offer free drop off in the new respective cities.

On average, orders ship in between 1-3 business days. All of the products are shipped with expedited shipping, so you should have your product very quickly.

• Design documentation and description, if applicable. 

• If a design has not been created yet, please provide us the details of what you are looking for so our team can create a design package for you. 

• Approximate units you are looking to order, as well as the size range. 

• Approximate turn around time and final date you would require the order by.

We attempt to make each of our models real students and alumni from each university. Our goal is to make each product page the most authentic and genuine to your schools sub-culture. Every product, like every person is constructed a little different! We do our best to share the sizing information from the supplier in each product description. The model size will also always be listed for your reference. If you have any questions on sizing of a specific product, feel free to send us a message.

Return Policy for Shop Dressr Boutique: All eligible returns are accepted for full refunds minus the cost of shipping. Items must have no sign of wear or tear, as well as with tags (when applicable). Everything except accessories and sale items are eligible for returns. 

 

Return Policy for Shop Dressr University Collection: All items are made to order, in which we highly recommend consulting our size guide before placing your custom order. These items are not eligible for return or exchange as they are custom made for you when you order them!
